The Recruitments (Naruto Arena)

The Recruitments are Devided to two kinds of Recruitments :

Clan Army Members :
Must Recruitments :
Every Army Member Must have unlocked ALL 3 SANNINS CHARECTERS ( Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru ).

---1st Test---

This Test is devided to Three different ways to pass :

--The Ratio Test--

For this Test You Must have Atlest 100 wins with one of these Ratio of Wins/Loses

=: 100 wins / 20 losses max - Ratio = About 80%+ :=
=: 100-250 wins / 20-75 losses max - Ratio = About 75%+ :=
=: 250-500 wins / 75-250 losses max - Ratio = About 66%+ :=
=: 500-1000 wins / 250-600 losses max - Ratio = About 62%+ :=
=: 1001+ wins - Ratio = 60%+ :=

--The Streak Test--

--Invitation--

This is merelly for ppl that will be invited to be Army Members by the High Members of the Clan Wich are :

After Completion of the 1st Test you will have a second test.

--Skills Test--

You Will have to PB in 2/3 Matches Several of the Clan Members That will be Chosen by the High Members :

--Familiarity Test--

If Your Skills will be knowen by the Leader of the Clan and you will be Qulified to Enter the Army.

=: 250-500 wins / 110-320 losses max - Ratio = About 61%+ :=
=: 500-1000 wins / 320-700 losses max - Ratio = About 59%+ :=
=: 1001+ wins - Ratio = 56%+ :=

*Italic = A Changeble Text ( # = a Number to be put )
*Underline = A Coulculate Number ( # = a Number to be put by colculastion )
*The Tester Will Chose if to make it 2 or 3 matches on his choice
*The "Testing Requster's Grade" is kinda like 1st impression on the Testing his Skills and his Attitude.
*the %'s calling the value of the issue from the match's grade
*Final Grade = {(SUM OF ALL MATCHES GRADES+Testing Requster's Grade) / (NUMBER OF MATCHES+1)}
[Example: I tested in 2/3 matches a requster won 2 matches didn't wanted to continue the tested was very nice and had nice strategic teams ( Impression = 8 ) 1st match's grade he got 6 and 2nd match 8 {(6 1st match +8 2nd match +8 Impression)/(2 matchs+1)}={7.33}]
*Final Grade's Results :
-6 Sorry not qualified
6-8 can ask for another test from high member
8-8.5 can be Village Member Till Decided other
8.5-10 can be Army Member.
